Job Details

Job details give you detail information of triggered job.Following are some common terminologies which you find in each type of job:

  1. Job Id: It gives the id of triggered job

  2. Tag: It gives tag name if any tag is given during triggering the backup

  3. Type: It gives you the type of job

  4. Status: It gives you the status of job

  5. Time taken: It gives you the total time taken to finish that job

  6. Start Time: It gives you the time when job starts

  7. End Time: It gives you the time when job is finished

  8. Initiator: It gives you the name of initiator

  1. Backup Jobs

  • Issues: When you triggered backup a job for Jira issues, you will get detailed information about project names, total issues in that project, updated issues count, total attachments count, updated attachment count, total attachment size, updated attachment size & time taken for backup

  • Configurations: When you triggered a job for Jira configurations, you will get detailed information about all configured Jira objects with its count.

  • Also you can download the configuration reports by clicking on “Configuration reports“ button

  • Assets configuration: When you triggered a job for Assets configuration, you will get information about object schemas, object types, attributes & statuses with its count

  • Assets objects: When you triggered a job for Assets objects, you will get information about object schema name, total object counts, updated object counts, total object size, updated object size & time taken for backup

2. Restore Jobs

  • Clone - > Jira configurations: When you triggered a job for Jira configurations clone, you will get all information about source site, destination site, filters you selected while restoring & all the Jira object you cloned with its count

  • Clone - > Project: When you triggered a job for project clone, you will get all information about original project name, cloned project name, original project key, cloned project key, filters you selected while restoring & all the objects from the project with its count

  • Granular restore - > Assets configurations: When you triggered a job for assets configurations, you will get all information about the objects you selected with its count

  • Granular restore - > Assets objects: When you triggered a job for assets objects, you will get all information about the objects you selected with its count

  • Granular restore - > Jira configurations: When you triggered a job for Jira configurations(Screens, Workflows & Filters), you will get all information about restored object with its count

  • Granular restore - > Jira issues - > Create new issues: When you triggered a job for Jira issues(create new issues or bulk issues), you will get all information about restored issues with its count

  • Granular restore - > Jira issues - > Revert issues: When you triggered a job for Jira issues(revert existing issues), you will get all information about original issue key, restored issue key, original issue id, new id,status codes(if any)

  • Granular restore - > Jira issue attachments: When you triggered a job for Jira issue attachments, you will get all information about file name, original issue id, target issue id, target issue key, original attachment id,new attachment id & status code(if any)

3. Cleanup actions Job

  • Cleanup actions: When you triggered a job for cleanup actions, you will get all information about Jira object you deleted
