How to Backup Tempo Worklogs
To perform an on-demand backup of your Tempo Worklogs, follow these steps:
Navigate to Data Security & Compliance >> On Demand Backup
Review Included Objects
Click the dropdown arrow to the right of "Tempo Timesheets Worklogs" to see the objects included in the backup:

Audit Logs: Records of changes and administrative actions within Tempo.

Worklogs: Individual time entries recorded by users against Jira work items.
Tag Your Backup

In the "Enter tag for backup snapshot" text field, enter a descriptive name (e.g.,
Pre-Audit-April-2024) to help you identify this specific recovery point later. -
Initiate Backup: Click the blue Backup now button.

The system will initiate a backup job.

You can track the progress of this task in the Jobs dashboard, navigate to Revyz Jobs > Backup Jobs, filter backup type as Tempo Timesheets Worklogs.
