The Work Item Attributes page helps you find and clean up unused Statuses, Work item security schemes, Notification schemes, and Permission schemes in your Jira instance.
What is the Use Case?
As Jira sites grow, legacy projects, migrations, and one-off configurations leave behind unused statuses and schemes.
Use this page to:

Reduce Administrative Clutter: Keep configuration lists clean for admins and users.

Simplify Governance: Standardize configurations across your Jira site.

Prepare for Migrations: Streamline site configurations before running backups, restores, or project clones.
Optimization Tools
Clean Up Unused Statuses

In Revyz Command Center for Jira, navigate to Reporting and Optimization > Site Optimization.

Under the Work item attributes section, click the Statuses card.

Review the list of detected statuses. You can filter by Name or use Download all to export the list.

Select the checkbox in the Select column for each status you want to purge.

Click Review at the bottom of the page to review your selected items and finalize the deletion.
Click on Delete.
Note: A status can only be deleted if it is not associated with any project or workflow.
Clean Up Unused Work Item Security Schemes

Navigate to Reporting and Optimization > Site Optimization in Revyz Command Center.

Select the Work item security schemes card.

Review the list of detected work item security schemes. You can filter by Name or use Download all to export the list.

Select the checkbox in the Select column for each scheme you want to purge.

Click Review at the bottom of the page to review your selected items and finalize the deletion.
Click on Delete.
Clean Up Unused Notification Schemes

Navigate to Reporting and Optimization > Site Optimization in Revyz Command Center.

Select the Notification schemes card.

Review the list of detected notification schemes. You can filter by Name or use Download all to export the list.

Select the checkbox in the Select column for each scheme you want to purge.

Click Review at the bottom of the page to review your selected items and finalize the deletion.
Click on Delete.
Clean Up Unused Permission Schemes

Navigate to Reporting and Optimization > Site Optimization in Revyz Command Center.

Select the Permission schemes card.

Review the list of detected permission schemes. You can filter by Name or use Download all to export the list.

Select the checkbox in the Select column for each scheme you want to purge.

Click Review at the bottom of the page to review your selected items and finalize the deletion.
Click on Delete.
Clean Up Unused Resolutions

In Revyz Command Center for Jira, navigate to Reporting and Optimization > Site Optimization.

Under the Work item attributes section, click the Resolutions card.

Review the list of detected resolutions. You can filter by Name or use Download all to export the list.

Select the checkbox in the Select column for each resolution you want to purge.

Click Review at the bottom of the page to review your selected items and finalize the deletion.
Click on Delete.
