Restore
What is this feature?
This is the central "Restore" dashboard for the Revyz Command Center for Confluence. It serves as the main hub for all data recovery and cloning operations, which are organized into two main categories: "Configuration management" and "Data recovery."
Use Case: An administrator would use this page as the starting point for any recovery. For example, you would come here to recover a single deleted page, restore an entire space after a catastrophic deletion, migrate a space to a new Confluence site, or clone your automation rules.

Configuration management:
Automation rules
Description: Automation rules clone allows you to download user selected automation rules from your source site.
Use Case: Use this to back up and migrate your Confluence automation logic. This is critical for moving to a new instance or for disaster recovery, ensuring your business processes are preserved.
Data recovery:
Spaces restore
Description: Restore spaces to the same or another site.
Use Case: This is a large-scale recovery tool. Use it to restore an entire space that was deleted, or to migrate a complete space from your production instance to a staging or different Confluence site.
Pages restore
Description: Restore pages from space to same or alternate space in the same or another site.
Use Case: This is for granular recovery. Use it to find and restore a single page (or a small group of pages) that was accidentally deleted or corrupted, without having to restore the entire space.
Blogs restore
Description: Restore blogs from space to same or alternate space in the same or another site.
Use Case: Similar to page restore, this tool is for recovering specific blog posts that have been deleted or corrupted.
Attachments restore
Description: Restore attachments to the same site.
Use Case: Use this to recover a specific file that was deleted from a Confluence page, without affecting the page itself.
Templates restore
Description: Restore templates to the same or another site.
Use Case: This is for restoring custom-created Confluence templates (e.g., for meeting notes, project plans) that may have been deleted or need to be migrated to a new site.
