Site Health Reports

What is this feature?

This tool generates comprehensive reports on your Jira and Assets configurations. It scans your setup to find and fix potential issues before they impact users.

Use Case: Use this to perform a proactive audit of your instance. It's perfect for finding and fixing problems, like unused fields or misconfigurations, to improve performance.

The "Site Health" dashboard provides two specific scanners to analyze your instance:

Assets configurations health: Scan your JSM Assets database for issues like object types with no objects to improve performance.

Jira configurations health: Analyze your core Jira configurations to find unused custom fields or inactive workflows for cleanup.
