Revyz Audit Logs

:question_mark:

What is this feature?

This is a dedicated and comprehensive logging system that tracks all actions performed by users and administrators specifically within the Revyz application itself. It is separate from the standard Jira audit logs.

  • Use Case Use this to meet strict security and compliance requirements by maintaining a complete audit trail of all data management activities. It's essential for knowing exactly who initiated a backup, performed a restore, or changed an application setting, and when.

Revyz Audit Logs Dashboard

The "Revyz Audit Logs" dashboard categorizes all application-specific logs into distinct sections to help you find the information you need quickly.

  • Audit Logs for Backup Activities See a record of every backup event, including who initiated it, its status (e.g., started, completed, failed), and its duration.

  • Audit Logs for Restore Operations Review all data recovery activities. This log details who performed the restore, what type of restore it was, and what specific data was recovered.

  • Audit Logs for Site Usage Insights Track who is accessing your site's analytics and insights reports, and when those reports are being generated.

  • Audit Logs for Site Health Metrics See when site health reports (which monitor configuration hygiene) were generated and which admin or user initiated the report.

  • Audit Logs for Site Cleanup Actions Review all cleanup jobs you have initiated, such as archiving old projects or deleting unused configurations.

  • Audit Logs for Cross-Site Connections Track all changes related to your cross-site connections. This is critical for monitoring the security of your disaster recovery and migration setups.

  • Audit Logs for Notifications Review all changes made to your configured notifications and alerts, including any modifications to recipient lists or the rules that trigger them.

  • Audit Logs for Application Settings Review all changes made to the application's core settings, such as modifications to day-to-day tools, clone configurations, and connections to other sites.
