Data Processing Agreement (DPA)

For purposes of the DPA,  Agreement" shall mean the Bonterms Standard Agreement for Marketplace Transactions and the following information shall be deemed part of the DPA Setup Page:

DPA Effective Date: date the parties enter into the Bonterms Standard Agreement for Marketplace Transactions.

  • Schedule 2: Technical and Organizational Measures

  • Schedule 3: Cross-Border Transfer Mechanisms
