Here are the key legal agreements needed for using any of Revyz’s services and products.

• Privacy Policy

Revyz has adopted Atlassian endorsed Bonterms standard agreements for the below listed documents, which will govern the use of Revyz products and services.

• EULA = Bonterms Standard Agreement for Marketplace Transactions (the "Agreement")

  • The following are the Provider Specific Terms / Attachments for the Bonterms Standard Agreement for Marketplace Transactions:

    • Revyz Security Policy

    • Revyz Support Service Level Agreement (SLA)

    • Revyz Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

    • “Governing Law” and “Courts” definitions

• Data Processing Agreement (DPA)

For purposes of the DPA,  Agreement" shall mean the Bonterms Standard Agreement for Marketplace Transactions and the following information shall be deemed part of the DPA Setup Page:

DPA Effective Date: date the parties enter into the Bonterms Standard Agreement for Marketplace Transactions.

• DPA Schedules

  • Schedule 1: Subject Matter and Details of Processing

  • Schedule 2: Technical and Organizational Measures

  • Schedule 3: Cross-Border Transfer Mechanisms

  • Schedule 4: Region-Specific Terms

For customers who have signed up for the Revyz offered hosted services prior to 11 Jul 2024, please reference the previous legal documents here.

Revyz has adopted Bonterms for its standard agreements, which are an open-sourced standard form intended to promote the speed of business without sacrificing legal protection. These documents are prepared by a neutral party, eliminating the form battle and need for redlining as both sides are equally protected.
