Keep in mind: To enable Revyz Jira Backup & Restore in your Jira site you need to be a jira site administrator .
Installation steps

Sign in to your Jira Cloud site.

Open the Apps menu in the navigation header bar and choose Find new apps.

Search for Revyz Jira Backup & Restore and click on the app item in the results list.

Click Try it free to start installing the app. Jira might take a moment for this.
Troubleshooting
If the installation is taking a long time and/or ends in Jira showing an indefinite error message (along the lines of "We ran into a little trouble. It might just be a hiccup.") this is often due to a missing or invalid payment method. Even though the Revyz Jira Backup & Restore trial is (and even your Jira trial or plan might be) free, Atlassian requires a valid payment method to be on file in order to start trials of third-party apps.
