How to Export users from Jira site

Step 1: Go to admin.atlassian.com. Select your organization if you have more than one.

Step 2:

Original: Select the site's name and URL to open the Admin for that site, then select Users.
Centralized: Select Directory > Users.

As a site administrator or organization admin, Users is found under Product site.	As an organization admin, Users is found under Directory tab.

Step 4: Select the users that you’d like to export:

Note : Do not select Pivot to column

Select Export users.
It email you when your CSV file is ready to download. Check your junk or spam folder if it’s taking a while.
Open the email and select Download CSV file. If you’re not logged in, you may need to log in before the download will begin.

Step 5: Download CSV report from Email
