User assessment

As a Jira admin, you would like to get reports of the following items from the Revyz App

• Inactive users per Atlassian product based on the last access time (3 & 6 months).

• Inactive users in Jira software

• Inactive users in Jira Work management

• Inactive users in Confluence

• Inactive users in Jira Service management

• Inactive users in Jira Product Discovery
  

How to Export users from Jira site

Step 1: Click on Settings icon on top right corner

Step 2: Click on User Management

Step 3: Click on more actions and click on Export Users

Step 4: Select all data as shown in below screenshot. And “Export users“. It will Send Report to your Email id.

Step 5: Download CSV report from Email

How to Upload Report in Revyz app

• Go to “Revyz configuration Assessment Manager for Jira“

• Click on Run user assessment on top navbar

• Click Site name - Where you Export the users

• Upload downloaded CSV

• Add tag - Tag will help to identify user assessment job in future

• Check User assessment job status in “Assessment jobs“
