Review the jobs page to check on the progress of a backup job.

Navigate to the "Jobs" page 

The first backup job runs for a while, don't be alarmed!, the subsequent backups are very fast and are automatically scheduled for every 24 hrs!

The backup jobs table shows you the jobs which have run in the past and those that are currently running. There are three types of backup jobs:

  • Issues Backup

  • Configuration

  • Asset configuration

Clicking on a “Job Id” shows you:

  • Job Details - Detailed information on Issues or Configuration objects that have been backed-up

  • Logs - Logs associated with that backup job - This information could be used to debug any errors
