Navigate to the "Backup" menu item within the app to start an “On Demand Backup”

Apps → Manage Apps → Backup → Backup

Backups are automatically scheduled every 24 hrs, but you can also create an on-demand backup by clicking on the "Backup now" functionality available on the Backup page. You can backup all your issues and configuration or either of them. Use the selection checkboxes to change the default selections. You can also provide a name for your backup. We have seen other administrators use the on-demand "Backup now" functionality just before they do any major configuration change. The Backup now operation will create a Backup Job which is viewable under the Jobs page.
